Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, received the goods. If an order is delivered in several partial shipments, the period begins when you receive the last item.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement, for example by email or postal letter:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us are not refunded.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Returning the Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we supplied damaged, defective or incorrect goods.

Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Please return products carefully packed.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply, or may expire, for sealed audio or video recordings if the seal has been removed after delivery. This may include sealed CDs, vinyl records, DVDs or similar sound/video media.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped goods, please contact us at blues@wolfrec.com as soon as possible and include your order number and photos if available. We will arrange a replacement, repair, refund or another legally appropriate solution. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
